Control Agent to achieve the department’s target and maintain the market.
Provide effective implementation of process and procedure set for the department, ensuring it meets the objectives and plans.
Push Ooredoo products through teams (Physical, Electronic Recharge, SIM cards & mobile accessories or any other products provided by company related to telecom) over dealers & sub-dealers. Or any other market channels
Key Accountabilities and Activities:
Ensure all Ooredoo Products distribution under his supervision (Physical, Electronic Recharge, SIM cards & mobile accessories or any other products provided by company related to telecom) over dealers & sub-dealers. Or any other market channels
Ensure that all routes under his supervision have the correct quantity and mix of saleable product to service their outlets on a daily basis as per the company’s instructions.
Responsible for the achievement of distribution targets under his area of supervision.
Review daily the service levels, sales volume and wastage performance by route with each salesman in his team. This should be measured against the salesman’s agreed route plan.
Ensure that his team control reconcile their stocks and cash deposit on a daily basis.
Submit daily market feedback according with weekly market visit plan.
Co-operate with sales support team to fix the terminals technical issue.
Proactively manage and motivate his team to be highly productive and results oriented to ensure that the staff deliver the optimum and agreed level of contribution to Phono revenue and strategy.
Work in accordance with the guide lines set by Ooredoo & Phono policies.
Improve team performance through ongoing recommendation on training and coaching.
Contribute to the company’s communication plan through attendance of regular team meetings, events and preparation of requested reports.
Share knowledge and expertise with peers and team.
Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well-informed of developments, knowledge and innovations in relevant field of expertise.
Other duties as directed by supervisor or other superiors
Diploma degree in business administration or similar discipline from recognized institution.
Sales / Telecommunication
Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in relevant field.
Intensive knowledge of local market condition
MS office skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Good in English; written and spoken.
