Job Summary:
The Finance – Accounts Payable is responsible for overseeing and managing the payment of invoices, expenses, and other financial obligations of Onyx Arjaan by Rotana-Bahrain Bay. They will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.
Job Responsibility:
– Process and verify invoices, purchase orders, and reports for payment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
– Review and reconcile vendor statements, resolving any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
– Prepare and maintain accounts payable reports and records, providing regular updates the team.
– Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any payment-related queries and discrepancies.
– Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely and efficient payment processing.
– Assist with month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
– Monitor and analyze accounts payable aging reports, identifying and addressing any delinquencies or potential issues.
– Follow up on outstanding payments, communicating with vendors and internal stakeholders as necessary.
– Stay updated on industry best practices changes in regulations related to accounts payable processes.
Candidate Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in finance,, or a related field.
– Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk in within the hospitality industry.
– Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems.
– Strong knowledge of accounts payable principles, processes, and regulations.
– Excellent attention to detail accuracy Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
