Job Location : Qatar

Requirements :

• Quantity Surveying experience on large interior fit out projects.
• Bachelor or higher Degree in Quantity Surveying / Bachelor in Civil Engineering.
• Skilled in usage of various forms of Contracts (especially in Middle East) in Interior Fit Out industry.
• Good working knowledge of standard forms of measurement.
• Good MS Office skills, particularly Word and Excel.
• Qatar Driving License is beneficial.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain contract documentation and advise on post contract matters.
• Management of bonds, insurances and guarantee logs.
• Interim valuations and payment certificates.
• Variation analysis, recommendations and management.
• Risk & value management and cost control functions.
• Identify, analyze and develop responses to commercial risks.
• Prepare progress/ cost reports.
• Utilize various forms of contract and support contract administration.
• Prepare budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
• Report any commercial issues to Tendering & Pre-Construction Manager.
