Role Purpose Managing Capex BCs submitted by Project owners in terms of review, conducting meetings with stakeholders and issue resolutions. Conducting Post Appraisals for Projects assigned by Line Manager and Present the analysis to CMT. Preparing Annual Weighted Average Cost of Capital of Omantel Group
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
Key Accountabilities Key Activities

1. Planning

• Support in Budgeted Revenue Preparation by analyzing the forecasted revenue from ongoing/ approved projects

2. Analysis and Reporting

• Conduct Post Appraisals for Projects assigned by Line Manager on an annual basis.
• Presenting the analysis to top management
• Following up on the directions for Post Appraisal Recommendations.
• Maintaining Log File for Capex BCs managed by SF_CWG and reporting the status on monthly basis.
• Preparing Annual Weighted Average Cost of Capital of Omantel Group.

3. Operational

• Reviewing of Capex BCs above RO. 50k and ensure that all required details are captured.
• Arranging meetings with SF_CWG members for BCs review.
• Formalizing the resolutions for approved Projects/BCs
• Supporting in reviewing submissions for CMT approvals.

4. Automation

• Supporting in automating the current process for BCs review

5. Adhoc

• Supporting other teams whenever required in regard to Costing, Investor Relation and Opex areas.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Knowledge / Technical Skills

• Technical Skills (Good understanding of Network)
• Excel ,Power Point, Oracle System (GL, Project accounting  & I-proc  ), PBR Hyperion knowledge 
• Good analytical skills
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Problem Solving 
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Good presentation skills
• Good reporting skills

Education / Certifications

• Bachelors in relevant field 

Experience

• 7 years of experience
