Own the digital products portfolio, including roadmap definition, lifecycle governance, and retirement planning.
Develop business cases, pricing models, and platform value propositions for each product line.
Monitor portfolio P&L (shadow revenue, margin contribution, product profitability) and present updates to leadership.
Maintain alignment between Onetech s digital offerings and client transformation priorities.
Collaborate with architects to design reusable solutions, accelerators, and integration frameworks.
Maintain and continuously update the Digital Transformation Playbook covering solution methodologies, templates, and repeatable frameworks.
Validate technology stacks, middleware, databases, and tools used across digital solutions.
Ensure technical feasibility and service readiness prior to solution launch.
Provide structured support in RFP responses, proposals, demos, and PoCs.
Create and maintain product sales kits: datasheets, FAQs, competitive differentiators, and win-theme decks.
Train Sales and Pre-sales teams on solution positioning, objection handling, and customer value articulation.
Partner with Demand and Product Marketing to ensure demand-gen campaigns reflect accurate product positioning.
Conduct regular market and competitor benchmarking to identify differentiators.
Introduce advanced offerings (AI/ML, GenAI, Automation, IoT) into Onetech s portfolio based on customer demand.
Productize bespoke/custom client solutions into repeatable packaged offerings.
Track % of advanced services vs legacy SI in the portfolio.
Lead and coach Product Specialists and Solution Consultants.
Ensure delivery/operations feedback (incidents, SLA issues, partner performance) is incorporated into roadmap planning.
Engage with partners and BOT providers to integrate third-party innovations into portfolio.
Represent Digital Products in executive reviews and customer presentations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field. Postgraduate qualifications (e.g., MBA, MSc in Strategy or Operations) preferred.
Certifications in strategy, business process improvement, or project management (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PMP, BSC) are an advantage.
7 12+ years in strategy execution/PMO/process excellence or transformation, with 3 5 years leading cross functional initiatives in ICT/cloud/DC/cyber/telecom.
