UAE based Real Estate Developer are looking to expand their already thriving Design Department by bringing on board a Senior Design Manager. Reporting into the Design Director, this person will be based in the UAE full time, out of the Head Office and will be responsible for leading the Design of several Residential Real Estate & Hospitality projects across the UAE. Experience / skills required:
– Background working for a Real Estate Developer, working on Resi / Hotel projects.
– Degree qualified (Architectural)
– As well as having extensive hands-on Design experience, it is also imperative that this person possesses strong Commercial knowledge / understanding of feasibility studies, commercial case studies, procurement and the like. This person will ideally already be based in the UAE. Salary for the role is circa 50,000 – 55,000 AED + flights, medical and bonus.
