We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer with over 5 years of experience in Project Management, Sales & Marketing, Estimation Engineering, and Procurement to join our team. Our company specializes in Insulation and Aluminum Cladding services within the Commercial, Industrial, and Oil & Gas sectors, and we are looking for an engineer committed to excellence and innovation.

Position: Project | Sales | Estimation Engineer
Location: Dubai, UAE
Visa: Employment Visa (Preference for candidates with UAE and KSA driving licenses)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site visits and accurately measure project scope and requirements
Lead project management efforts, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards
Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide technical solutions, and build strong customer relationships
Drive the sales process, from lead generation to securing Local Purchase Orders (LPOs), and manage procurement to ensure timely project delivery
Prepare and review technical and cost estimates, offering value-driven alternatives to optimize project costs
Produce comprehensive reports, manage work inspections (WIR, MIR, MRR), and oversee quality control with meticulous attention to compliance and safety standards
Qualifications:

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution
Strong background in Estimation and Project Management
Exceptional proficiency in strategic planning, customer relationship management, and procurement processes
Technical skills in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD 2D)
Proficiency in reporting, including Mock-up Inspections, Site Inspection Reports, Daily Progress Reports, and Monthly Review Meetings
Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi.
