Job Description :
• Continual Service Improvement
• Change and Release Management
• Service Asset and Configuration Management
• Problem Management
• Service Measurement and Reporting
• Assist in the management of the Service Control processes
• Assist in ensuring that the Service Control policies are being followed
• Assist in ensuring that the performance of the Service Control processes are within the agreed targets
• Work on highlighting any business risks to the Service Control processes and offer optimization options
• Ensure proper documentation of activities related to the Service Control area
Qualifications:
• University degree in computer science, information systems or software engineering
• ITIL Foundation experience. ISO 20000 Foundation would be a plus
• Excellent problem-solving techniques
• Very strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent in applying a variety of analytical and visualisation techniques to produce reports
• The ability to execute IT Service Management processes especially for Continual Service Improvement, Change Management, Service Asset and Configuration Management, and Problem Management. And experience in operating these processes on an automated tool. Ideally Microfocus Service Manager.
