Description :
• Review resumes and applications.
• Conduct interviews and provide the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
• Maintain HR records and regularly update master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee.
• Communicate and explain the organization’s HR policies to the employees.
• Prepare employees monthly salary, salary slip, leave encashment etc.
• Handle the full and final settlement of the employees.
• Conduct various welfare activities.
• Remember employee birthdays, important event dates and send greetings.
• Regularly update the project and communication channels of each employee.
• Preparing letters such as offer, employment contract, memos etc.
• Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
• Record, maintain and monitor attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
• Conduct employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
• Resolve grievances or queries that any of the employees have and escalate to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue.Conduct exit interviews with outgoing employees and record them accordingly.
• Overseeing the termination process of an employee.
• Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization.

• Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field
• Minimum 3+ years of management experience in HR.
• Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel).
• A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters.
