About our school
NAS Dubai is a purpose built ‘flagship school’ generously resourced with an enrolment touching 2150.Our curriculum is based upon the legacy of the English National Curriculum adapted to the local environment leading up to GCSE and on to the IB Diploma programme, and A Levels introduced this year. Our GCSE pass rate is a 100% overall pass with 48% A* and 97% of 5 or above and a 39.4-point IB average points score with 40% achieving more than 54% points and one with a perfect 45!
The culture of the school is one of interest and care where learning is personalised to meet individual needs. The annual inspection judgments are ‘very good’ and ‘outstanding’ throughout.

About the role
Join our fast-paced international environment, where you will support students navigate their personal journey towards their final university destination. The nature of the support you provide will range from offering options, university, and career guidance across the year groups. This front-facing role will foster close relationships with students, parents, staff, and external providers to give our students bespoke guidance, and opportunities that will help our students actualise their potential and secure a bright future.
A friendly, diligent and meticulous candidate is crucial. Global mindedness is key, as you will offer international university guidance and will need to actively support students research and stay on top of key developments and changes in the university domain.
As a strong ambassador for the school, you will be able to develop new ways to engage students and parents within the wider school and Nord Anglia Education community. Your strong motivation and communication skills will enable you to create a feeling of energy, excitement and personal investment within the school community and each student. All candidates must hold a bachelors degree and a recognised specialist qualification or significant experience in the field.
