Roles & Responsibilities
Core ResponsibilitiesProperly follows all steps of the sales process i.e. prospecting, meet and greet, consultation, presentation, demonstration, negotiation, gaining commitment, closure and delivery, and post-sale follow up to attract new and retain current customers.
Ensures accurate collection and submission of customer details.
Effectively schedules customer follow up, delivery and new customer acquisition utilizing strong time management and organization skills to maintain customer satisfaction at all times.
Assists the customers in making the correct choice of materials and builds loyalty by providing a personalized and tailored sales experience to each individual prospective customer.
Ensures a smooth, clean and defect-free delivery of goods as promised to customers.
Reports daily activities to the Sales Manager and provides information on market conditions and competitors activity.
Prepares a consolidated report for the week (Walk-Ins) and month (Forecast / Sales In-Hand) and submits to the Sales Manager (especially focus on lost sales).
Achieves monthly sales targets set by the management and maximizes company profit by selling the goods at maximum margins within company policies.
Actively maintains product knowledge and competitive product knowledge.
Prepares all required documentation to complete the sale process.
Tracks and pursues uncompleted sales to close sales to the required KPI conversion rates.
Takes part in implementing the timely sales promotion campaign, liquidation campaign, special offer campaign etc.,
Ensures that the prevailing policies and procedures of the company are followed
Ensures that conduct, attitude, attendance and appearance reflect the high standard demanded by the company.
