Role Purpose

The Hospitality Coordinator, in collaboration with the Head of Hospitality, is responsible for ensuring seamless operations of Sindalah hospitality assets

Resort Operations

• Coordinate with other department heads and operators in successful running of the resorts
• Ensure the premises are in operative condition as per timelines to receive & serve the guests
• Overseeing the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Inspecting all department with their respective Manager’s for cleanliness, ambience, service readiness, staff grooming & hospitality culture
• Assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction and service recovery process
• Provide input to the Head of Hospitality on staff training and development needs
• Conduct weekly / Daily meeting with marketing for guest conversion rates and identify opportunities to grow the business
• Monitor and maintain operational & overhead cost in order to maintain maximum revenue to the organization

F&B and Entertainment

• Conduct timely analysis of Food & Beverage price points in relation to competition
• Conduct periodic market surveys to assess offerings/pricing on banquets, room rentals, etc.
• Handle all Food & Beverage inquiries and ensure timely follow up
• Coordination with procurement team to provide input on Hospitality proposals and contracts
• Ensure service quality across the outlets, and handle customer complaints, if any
• Exhibit professional etiquette and attitude when on property, ready to address client queries and requests

Lounges & Nightlife Management

• Oversee hiring, training, and managing staff, such as bartenders and waiters
• Oversee the inventory management
• Coordinate with Head of Hospitality in successful opening and operations of the lounges and nightlife venues
• Collaborate with the marketing teams to promoting venues and events
• Ensure operations are run according to safety and sanitation standards and laws

Brand Partnerships

• Identify the campaigns for requiring partnerships
• Coordination with procurement team to provide input on proposals and contracts
• Develop pitch proposals and lead discussions with potential partners from all over the world
• Responsible for communicating the brand partnership to the Campaign / Influencer management team
• Work with team to recruit and secure key strategic partners while defining short-term and long- term channel strategies
• Create and maintain relationships among business partners to develop strategies to increase revenue for their companies while building the brand through marketing and events

Asset Management

• Perform analysis of assets performance data using standard analytical and statistical techniques and report identified trends to immediate senior
• Conduct research on relevant markets in order to monitor and highlight economic factors and marketing conditions
• Prepare reports to enable decision making on asset management initiatives, implementation progress against milestones, and recommend improvement to enhance performance
• Assist in analyzing the effectiveness of current reporting processes to identify bottlenecks and provide technical expertise in resolving them
• Assess the referred new opportunities from operational and marketability standpoints and participate in their evaluation and in the investment decision-making of new asset

• Advanced finance acumen and strong systems knowledge
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities and adapts quickly to changing requirements
• Pre-opening experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management; and,
• 10+ years of experience in Hospitality.
