Role Purpose
The Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for addressing StaffCo. client’s employee concerns, managing conflicts, and ensuring compliance with StaffCo. policies and labor laws. This role also includes overseeing the arrangement of medical insurance, Iqama medicals, new SIM cards, Iqamas for new joiners and facilitating the opening of bank accounts and ABSHER fingerprinting. Strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of employment law, and professionalism in handling sensitive situations are essential.
