Position: Associate Relationship Manager
Division: Sector OXAGON, DevCo
Department: Services, Investor Care Centre
Location: NEOM / Riyadh
Role Purpose:
The Investor Care Center (ICC) was established to provide end-to-end business support services to OXAGON investors throughout their journey of establishing their operations at OXAGON. Target investors include advanced-tech companies, prolific entrepreneurs, and large multinationals, with the intent of creating international champions and trendsetters that have significant long-term value for NEOM and its future generations.
· Reporting directly to the ICSM (Investor care senior manager) the Associate acts as a single point of contact for coordination between investor and Oxagon
· You will assist anything from 5-10 investors and be responsible for their successful onboarding. Investors will vary from start up to multinational corporations
· The associate will be responsible for proactively identifying and communicating onboarding requirements to investors and fulfilling them in collaboration with the Investor Onboarding team.
· This means assisting them throughout the whole journey (support with facilities, obtaining permits to finding contracts)
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
§ Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for the assigned portfolio of investors throughout their onboarding journey. Provide the investor with the necessary support for their onboarding.
§ Maintain the investor data on the CRM database. As applicable, gather and validate relevant inputs on the investor through handover sessions with Tenant Attraction teams or Area Leads.
§ Consolidate and manage all communication exchanges between investors and relevant OXAGON/NEOM teams and ensure prompt relay of information to investors
§ Work with investors and other ICC onboarding teams to identify the onboarding requirements and build a suitable onboarding project plan in collaboration with the Investor Onboarding PMO Associates. Obtain sign-off on the needs and schedule from the Investor Onboarding Manager and the investors’ teams.
§ Relay service requests to the Inquiry and Complaints Management Associate to log the request. Co-develop an execution plan with the Investor Onboarding PMO Associates to initiate service delivery. Integrate the timeline into the broader onboarding project plan and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
§ Coordinate with the Inquiry & Complaints Management Associates to log and manage the resolution of investor complaints.
§ Liaise with the Resource and Market Access Associates to ensure investors are connected to the suitable suppliers and service providers: engineering, architecture, banking, legal, etc.
§ Provide feedback to the Investor Onboarding Manager on internal processes for ICC’s scope of onboarding and service delivery activities and suggest developments to improve operational efficiency.
BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
§ Qualification in Project Management or equivalent
§ Experiencing in onboarding, liaising, and managing investors
§ Has experience working in any of OXAGON’s target industries
§ 4 or more years of experience in a client-facing relationship management role.
§ Strong stakeholder management and networking capabilities.
§ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proven ability to communicate effectively
§ A relationship builder who inspires trust and confidence with internal and external stakeholders.
§ Team player able to work in a highly matrixed organization.
§ Able to perform to high standards in a high-pressure, demanding environment.
§ Government Affair experience (desirable)
Qualifications
§ Degree and related professional certification. MBA or related preferred.
