Our client, a prominent company specializing in manpower, security, and facility management, is seeking a dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to drive strategic expansion and elevate its position within the Saudi Arabian market. As an integral part of one of the largest private groups in the kingdom, the company boasts impressive credentials, including being an early recipient of an Istekdam license from the Saudi Ministry of Labor.
Roles & responsibilities:
Work closely with the executive board to determine the companys values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
Review the current positioning of the company and develop a mid-term strategy to expand the business and become one of the leading players in the Saudi market
Report to the board of directors and keep them informed on the strategy implementation and results achieved
Review current organization chart and define the necessary changes to achieve the mid-term strategy
Develop and implement operational policies in line with best practice in the industry.
Provide inspired leadership company-wide.
Act as the primary spokesperson for the company with the local authorities and key accounts.
Develop the companys culture and overall company vision.
Create an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale.
Oversee the companys fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the company.
Key requirements:
Bachelors degree or master’s degree in a relevant discipline or MBA.
10+ years experience in a senior management position in a Manpower/Facility management company
Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce.
Understanding of human resources and personnel management.
Ability to inspire confidence and create trust.
Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate.
