One of the Luxury Royal Estate for VVIPs and High-Profile guests only based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced professional as Accounts Payable.

Job Summary:

Accounts payable workers are responsible handling vender payments and other financial liabilities. While the job’s primary function is making payments, accounts payable workers are also responsible for keeping precise records of payments made and owed and must work collaboratively with other accounting professionals to perform audits of all transactions.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive invoices from vendors, review and then process them, using Data Flow Management software and standard company procedures to document purchases to assure maximum accuracy of the information.
• Perform all coding tasks, matching purchase order and requisition deliveries, according to company purchasing policies so that accurate automated reports can be extracted from the information.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality with all job tasks in order to safeguard company knowledge.
• Exercise integrity and transparency in financial documentation, reporting other personnel if there is a suspicion of fund misappropriation
• Keep track of all company credit card spending and reconcile timely these expenditures.
• Analyse all accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure payment accuracy
• Work collaboratively with various departments to perform accounting audits
• Research new vendors creation of account with supporting documentation for the final approval of the Finance manager.
• Utilize clear and professional communication while performing job duties.
