Position: Maintenance Supervisor / Engineer

A reputed Real Estate & Property Management Company in Bahrain is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor or Engineer.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing property maintenance, including civil, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, landscaping, and carpentry services.
Proven ability to manage a team of approximately 20 staff members.
Valid driving license is mandatory.
Age between 28 to 35 years.
Male candidates are preferred.
Education: Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
Proficient in computer applications such as AutoCAD and MS Office.
Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Excellent writing skills.
Ready for immediate joining.
