Requirements:Minimum experience of 9-10 years in the related function (CRM & Loyalty) with about 1 -4 years as a Head of CRM/Senior CRM Manager/CRM Manager role.E-commerce experience is a MUST.eCRM Experience (Emarsys, Clevertap, Sales Force, SAP, Oracle, Hubspot…) is mandatory.Marketing automation including email marketing, push notifications and web push notifications and SMS experience is a must.Familiar with Automation tools such as Marketo, WebEngage, Braze, Emarsys…Experience in HTML5, CSS, PHP etc. relevant to develop email templates.Candidates with lesser experience would be considered for a Senior CRM Manager/CRM Manager role.
