Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Head of Department – Consultant Obstetrician Gynecologist for their client in Kuwait which is a 300 bed multispecialty hospital. We are looking for female, native Arabic speaking, Arab Board / western educated Board Certified, Fellowship trained Consultant Obstetrician Gynecologists with a minimum of 9 to 12 years post specialty experience.The Physician must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Head of Department within a multispecialty hospital with a minimum of 100 beds.The candidate must also have experience in working on hospital ERP systems. ObGyn Consultants currently practising in Kuwait and overseas Physicians may also apply for this vacancy.Physicians without the minimum required number of years of experience would not qualify for this role.
Salary : KWD 3000 plus family medical insurance and family annual air fare (salary will be commensurate with the experience and qualifications of the Physicians).
