Job Description
Multiply Group is an Abu Dhabi-based tech-focused investment holding company with a diversified portfolio across industries and geographies.
We are currently seeking a Research Analyst to join our research team. The role largely involves monitoring and analyzing socio-economic, financial and capital market trends and identifying risks and opportunities.
Principal Accountabilities
· Monitor local and international economic trends and capital market performance.
· Prepare accurate and timely intelligence reports for countries, financial markets, relevant industries and competitors.
· Analyze economic and financial data and define relevant information.
Study industry 4.0 to define long-term durability and growth potential of businesses and industries.
- Ensure all research standards and best practices are applied throughout the course of all projects, as per procedures and practices implemented in the department.
Skills
Education/ QualificationBachelor degree in Economics, FinanceMasters degree is an asset Work Experience· Minimum 3 – 4 yearsSkillsStrong understanding of global and regional economic dynamics, growth drivers, risks and outlook.Strong understanding of global and the regional equity markets and investment industry. Advanced research and analysis skills, including experience in using one of the main financial/company data platforms. High personal motivation, self-management and detail-orientation. Ability to take responsibility in meeting deadlines and making progress with & without direct supervision. Capacity and will to learn new software, research methods, and work routines quickly. Ability to engage in and manage multitasks
