MTQ Hiring for Facade Designer / Cad Draftsman at Bahrain Full Time

Purpose Assist in cost estimation and preparation of quotations for and coordinating repair, service and maintenance works. Job Responsibilities Responsible for preparation of cost estimates for the service and repair works of oilfield equipment including material requisition and sourcing, calling of tenders of subcontract works, monitoring and control of project costs; Responsible for the preparation of specifications and cost estimation of materials/ labour man-hours; Take measurement/dimension of equipment/components & prepare drawings with AutoCAD and SolidWorks; Prepare detailed manufacturing drawings for Workshop to manufacture various API/ASTM/ASME specification/design products; Assist Sales personnel to prepare draft drawings for quotation purposes; Assist Quality Control personnel to prepare drawings for inspections; Prepare architectural drawings e.g. building site drawing, workshop machinery layout, safety equipment layout, etc.; Prepare design packages in liaison with third party Engineering Services; Manage drawings and design packages register; Education & Experience: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and above or as deemed sufficient by Management; Minimum 2 years similar estimator experience in an engineering repair workshop/ drafting experience for plants and machinery or as deemed sufficient by Management; Familiar with API products such as API 6A, 16A & 7-1; Interested candidates, please email detailed CV complete with current & expected salary to
