Interact with the customers, suppliers and any other parties involved in the sales order to understand order requirements.
Organize sales orders, collect sales/buy confirmation, generate contracts, proforma invoices, complete deals signing from customers/suppliers.
Coordinate with the customers on all the pre delivery issues includes the import license, artworks and other issues related to products and delivery.
Collect quotations from shipping lines, freight forwards, supply chain and other parties who are involving into the sales process and the order execution.
Monitor all the pre delivery issues until cargo shipped.
Coordinate with the accounting department to get cargo release approval.
Monitor the delivery process to make sure all-in schedule.
Complete documentations, invoice, packing list and others documents.
Coordinate with the accountant to get documents release approval.
Post delivery feedback from customer.
Close all issues related to the order with all parties customer/suppliers and other parties.
