MTBC Hiring for Assistant Network Engineer Job at Pakistan Full Time

We are looking for a Female candidate as an Assistant Network Engineer to help build out, maintain, and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding infrastructure, she will response to the queries of other department users related to software and hardware problems and help them in install applications and programs.

Assistant Network Engineer responsibilities include resolving network issues, installing, configuring and updating operating systems and using remote desktop connections / ticketing system to provide immediate support. You will use email and chat applications to give clients quick answers to IT issues.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must have in-depth understanding and knowledge in computer networks.
• Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
• Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
• Good understanding of computer Systems / Windows Servers and Active Directory.
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to users
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
• Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools
• Assists with establishing networking environment by installing, configuring, testing and documenting the equipment/network systems according to the design and specifications.
• Assists with day-to-day networking tasks to ensure network reliability, availability and serviceability within minimal interruption.
• Provides technical support, responds to work orders and tickets from the users, analyzes and solves reported network problems.
• Assists with producing documentation for installation, network topology, and troubleshooting of communications hardware or software.
• Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources.
