We are recruiting for a BIM Modeler (oil & gas and water treatment projects ) for one of our Clients :

Terms & Condition:

Location : Abu Dhabi, UAE

Work Assignment : Contract Hire

Work Schedule : Resident, Single. 8am to 6pm

Duration : 12 months

Qualifications Required

• Must have experience in piping modelling in oil & gas and water treatment projects.
• Proficient in BIM related software and Exchange formats, level of details, object information levels and family creation. Revit Literate preferably working on projects with minimum LOD 350.Computer Literate. Microsoft office tools
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking), any additional language skills would be considered as an asset
• Appetite to learn and result oriented
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to focus on details as required, and works well within a deadline driven environment
• Proven ability to follow set of procedures and standards, and extrapolate new concepts from established standards
• Time management, planning & organizing skills

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepares, modifies schematics, system design & diagrams.
• Prepares 2D and 3D presentations / design drawings according to requirements.
• Able to understand engineering documents (P&IDs etc.) and work autonomously.
• Support the team in required design & drawings.
• Ensure correct & accurate drawing details before submission
• Draft, model mechanical and piping isometric drawings, as-built drawings, process and equipment layout
• Draft outline and detailed drawings to the appropriate scale for planning submission and production purposes
• Preparation of tender drawings
• Communicate with the team leader and other team members for the timely completion of project
• Assist on any job that assigned by management.
