About Our Client

They are a progressive and ambitious company based in the UAE among a few businesses leading the way in agriculture technology and development in the region. Growing fresh produce sold directly into the major retailer in which they operate. As well supplying the retail sector they also supply food service – into a variety of elite restaurants and hotels.

About the Job

As Production Manager, you will be responsible for three separate packhouse operations – all relatively close to each other. You will have overall responsible for the packing as per customer requirements in line with the standards in the most efficient way. You will own the KPIs and performance management in the organization.

The Ideal Candidate

To excel in this role, you will be a dynamic, motivated and experienced Operations / Production Manager with a strong track record in fresh produce processing. We are looking to speak with individuals from the UK, ideally with experience of working abroad.

You must be a strong team leader with good communication skills and the ability to delegate where necessary. You will have a proven track record managing a number of team members.
