Amazon/ Noon Online Sales Executive

We are seeking an Amazon/Noon, Carrefour, FirstCry, MumzWorld etc Account executive to assist in growing our Amazon, Noon, Carrefour seller account. The desired candidate will have in-depth experience working with Amazon FBA & Noon. Furthermore, should be able to expand sales via Social media channels such as Instagram. Must be a self-starter with exceptional judgment to continue to grow our sales. The staff will be responsible for creation & management of listings, analyzing sales data, and identifying opportunities for product line expansion in new and existing accounts.

• Responsible for the daily management of the Amazon/Noon platform, including product listing, maintenance and optimization of the listing page.
• Responsible for timely processing and responding to customers pre-sales & after-sales mail.
• Conducting market research to ensure product listing and pricing is competitive.
• Handling customer returns & refunds, customer complaints & reviews.
• Manage in shipment logistics with Amazon/ Noon & customers.
• Share daily MIS on sales and inventory.
• Creating marketing strategies to increase sales.
• Should be able to modify the images to fit amazons and noons requirements.

Additional skills

• Self motivated, ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
• Excellent communication skills, experienced with content writing.
• Excellent Excel and data analysis skills
• Adobe Photoshop and / or any other appropriate photo edit tools
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• sales: 1 year (Preferred)
