Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Installation Technician located in Manama. The Installation Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, cabling, and ensuring customer satisfaction through their customer service and communication skills. The Installation Technician will work closely with clients to understand their businesses and install various products and systems.

• Installing various large appliances for customers, such as washers, wall ovens, and Tv etc..
• Proven work experience as an installation technician.
• Providing customers with verbal and written operating instructions for new equipment.
• Advising customers on how to use appliances correctly.
• Advanced knowledge of modern electrical equipment.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Troubleshooting problems with existing equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Build relationships and trust with customers and clients

Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma
