– Have knowledge of GDS system and handling the system.
– Assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of travel options.
– Assist clients in selecting flights, seating and special accommodations.
– Answer customer inquiries regarding flight schedules, pricing and availability
– Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
– Ensure accuracy of bookings and other related paperwork

Pay: BD200.000 – BD250.000 per month
