As the Process Specialist, you will work quite closely with executives of the company and play an integral part in the development of strategic projects in various verticals of the business.

Description
Establish a process landscape across all above areas and/or business functions in accordance with Top Management priority.Perform reviews, description and mapping of existing processes.Review relevant business reporting to identify urgent process reviews to improve business performance.Prepare and maintain various process related documentation (process flow diagram, responsibility assignment matrix, SOP…).Draft corporate materials related to processes such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, etc.Summarize management brainstorming session and draft relevant communication.
Profile
Bachelors/Master’s degree in a leading Business or Engineering School.Previous role as a Process Specialist / Analyst in an international strategy consulting firm or in a complex large organisation.Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and problem solving.Strong written and oral communication skills (including presentations) as well as listening and interpretation skills.Previous International Trade and Supply Chain industry experience preferred.Native speaker in English. Fluency in French is a plus.
