As we continue our exciting growth plans, we seek talented people to join us. We are currently hiring a dynamic Procurement Executive, responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods and services required by an organization. The role involves managing vendor relationship, ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and cost-efficiency, and collaborating with internal teams to meet procurement needs and support overall business objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

• Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchase of materials and services.
• Participate in the selection of suppliers based on some criteria.
• Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply options and pricing.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing and other relevant data.
• Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts, ensure that products and supplies are of high quality.
• Collaborate with the various stakeholders and the Line manager to complete tasks as needed.
• Resolve vendor or contract-related grievances and claims against suppliers.

To Join our team, you will have:

• A Bachelor degree is mandatory. FIDIC certification is desirable.
• A minimum of 2+ years in a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Language skills:

• English.
• Hindi/Urdu
