Salary Range between KD 250-350.

Requirements :

• 2 years of experience at a healthcare facility in a medical receptionist role (Preferred).
• Language skills both English & Arabic mandatory.
• Good Looking – 2 Candidates (Female preferred)
• Speak & Write both English & Arabic
• Can join immediately.

Skills required are listed below:

• Greet and attend to patients in person and over the phone.
• Liaise between medical departments with discretion and professionalism.
• Assist with admissions/treatment as per agreed protocols.
• Complete accurate documentation of patient visits.
• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
• Innovative thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and react effectively to emergency situations.
• Ability to use discretion while working with sensitive information.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and IT skills
• Passionate about healthcare excellence.
• Capable of managing difficult conversations confidently with empathy, actively listening and arriving to mutually acceptable terms.
