Position Overview

The Project Team Lead is responsible for overseeing and coordinating project activities to ensure timely, budget-adherent, and high-quality completion. This role involves managing a team of professionals, collaborating with stakeholders, and effectively managing project-related communication and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, making necessary adjustments to stay on track.
• Ensure adherence to project frameworks and maintain accurate documentation.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of project professionals.
• Assign tasks and clarify roles and responsibilities.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide updates to senior management.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and external partners.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among all parties involved.

Risk Management

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Proactively monitor and manage project risks and issues, escalating as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Budget and Resource Management

• Monitor project budgets and control costs.
• Optimize resource allocation to achieve project objectives.
• Report on project financial performance and forecasts.

Quality Assurance

• Guarantee project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
• Implement robust quality control processes and procedures.
• Conduct project reviews and initiate improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project).
• PMP certification is a plus.
