Key responsibilities:
Drive Top line Sales for the Store in line with the Target and achieve the LFL growth
Create seamless customer service orientation among store employees by ensuring timely and efficient customer service
Ensure customer needs are met and complaints/queries are resolved in a timely manner
Achieve Productivity metrics for the store (Sales per staff, Staff per sq.ft, etc.)
Ensure seasonal peaks, important trading/promotional events are taken account of when preparing stock forecasts and staff rosters
Oversee and monitor the inventory management in the store (stock availability, stock count, order management, back store management, stock movement within stores)
Effectively manage store controllable expenses through efficient store operations (Optimum staffing, Minimize Overtime, Utilities & Sundries, etc..)
Maintain a high level of store health and security for company assets, cash, stock and customer property
Ensure that shrinkage is managed & controlled as per company norm
Maintain high standards of visual appearance & merchandise standards (as per Concept Guidelines) throughout the store including all non-retail areas
Ensure that the store is in compliance with the company policy for all employment and local labor laws including health & safety standards
Ensure compliance with Company Audit Measure. Take corrective action as required
Review and provide regular feedback on staff’s performance against expectations
Oversee staff development and drive motivation levels of the store associates
Retain and engage the talent employed and build a collaborative and high performance team
Carry out regular and relevant in-store training and enroll staff on relevant Learning and Development courses.

Professional experience: Should have managed similar sized stores for 3-5 years
