We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Proposal Writer to join our Business Development team. In this role, you’ll work closely with sales and technical teams to craft compelling proposals that resonate with potential clients and highlight our strengths in IT staff augmentation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Proposal Development: Write, edit, and manage proposal content, ensuring it is of high quality, tailored to the client’s needs, and in alignment with Mavericks United brand and value proposition.

2. Content Management: Maintain and update a library of proposal content, including company overviews, case studies, testimonials, and service descriptions.

3. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, technical, and operations teams to gather information necessary for crafting a winning proposal.

4. Strategic Input: Provide insights on how proposals can be enhanced based on market trends, competitor analysis, and feedback from clients.

5. Proposal Submission: Ensure all proposals are submitted in a timely manner, adhering to client guidelines and formats.

6. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and standards to continuously refine and improve the proposal process and content.

7. Client Interaction: Engage with potential clients when necessary to understand their requirements and provide clarifications on proposals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, English, Communications, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a proposal writer or similar role, preferably in the IT or staff augmentation industry.

3. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.

4. Strong research skills to understand client needs and industry trends.

5. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and any leading proposal management software.

7. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

8. Familiarity with the IT industry, its challenges, and solutions.
