Mashriq Elite Development is looking for a Follow-Up Executive PRO who will play a key role in managing daily follow-ups for project approvals, visiting all the stakeholders (consultants, authorities, relevant departments & offices), Trade License & Permits renewable, Government relations, the UAE Visa & Immigration Services, and external communications, with extensive knowledge of UAE local regulations and procedures.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
•Knowledge of the entire process of project registration, execution, and regular follow-ups with authorities until obtaining necessary NOC (No Objection Certificates) and approvals.
•Stakeholder Liaison, regular visits to consultants, and all relevant authorities for doent approvals updates, and ensure timely completion of tasks related to drawings, permits, and other project-specific approvals.
•Government Relations & doentation, ensuring smooth processing of necessary doentation, including but not limited to trade licenses, work permits, residence visa renewals, and other legal paperwork for employees.
•Develop and maintain relationships with relevant government and municipal authorities.
•Liaise with government offices such as the Ministry of Labor and Immigration Department for timely processing of employee-related doentation.
•Assist employees in obtaining essential doents such as medical tests, Emirates IDs, labor cards, etc.
•Maintain records of processed doents, including renewals, to ensure a comprehensive database of legal doents.
•Represent the company in external communications and public relations activities, ensuring the company maintains a professional image with all external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
•At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, specifically with relevant authorities such as the Dubai Land Department, Nakheel, Trakhees, Dubai Holdings, and other UAE governmental bodies.
•Proven experience in project follow-ups, visa and immigration processes, and government doentation within the UAE.
•Valid UAE driving license is mandatory for the role.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with government officials, consultants, and employees.
•Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
•Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and adhere to deadlines.
•In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration procedures, and government protocols related to business operations.
•Familiarity with trade licenses, health and safety permits, and other business compliance requirements.
Education:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory).
