Education :
1. Technical High School (Electrical / Electronic / Mechanic / Aeronautical or similar.
2. Proven Level 3 Qualification for NDT acc. to:
a. AIA NAS 410 (Certification & Qualification of Nondestructive Test Personnel).
b. EN 4179 (Qualification and Approval of Personnel for Non-Destructive Testing).
c. Proven Level 2 qualification can be evaluated.
3. Knowledge in the standards ISO9001, AS9100 and aeronautical regulations (references: FAA 14 CFR Part 145 & Part 91 or equivalent).
4. Basic knowledge: NAS 412, FAA AC 21-29, AS9100 series, AQAP Series, Quality tools (8D, Lean Six Sigma tools).
5. Desirable:
a. Bachelor’s degree in related field such as Mechanics, Electronics, Automation, Aeronautics or similar.
b. Certified aviation maintenance technician school.
c. Certificate & rating as per FAA 14 CFR 65.71 – 61-95 (or similar).
Lead Auditor training (ISO9001 or AS9100).
Responsibilities :
1) Support and be compliant to Company Management System (Quality, Organizational Safety & Health, Environment & Sustainability, Information Security, Flight Safety, Code of Conduct) and company policies, procedures, and instructions.
2) Follow organizational safety and health rules and work in safe manner.
3) Perform other jobs related duties as assigned.
4) Perform inspection (Incoming, Manufacturing, In-process, Assembly, Final Assembly, Final Products) into aeronautical product and other products as required (e.g. raw material), as well as preparing and shipping documentation.

2) Conformance Process (Materials, Raw Material, Hardware, LRUs, Parts, Assemblies, Sub-Assemblies, Processes and Records): management, identification, generation, execution, addressment.
3) Non-Conformance Process (Materials, Raw Material, Hardware, LRUs, Parts, Assemblies, Sub-Assemblies, Processes and Records): management, identification, generation, execution, addressment, segregation.
4) Auditor: Product.
5) Type Certificate (TC) Process: preparation, preliminary inspection, inspection, conformity for TC proposals.
6) Aircraft Production Tests: witness and approval.
7) Aircrafts conformity approval on behalf of Head of Office of Airworthiness: new aircrafts production flights and Flight Tests.
8) Training: conducts internal training related to Quality, supporting processes (e.g. but not limited to FOD Program, ESD Program). Development, Report and Control the Company Management System.
9) Quality Inspectors team: coordination, technical orientation, and development.
10) Activities & Tasks
a) Non Destructive Tests specifications preparations and approval, tests execution, evaluation, results analysis, conformity, non-conformities management & dispositioning.
b) Defining and preparing Procedures, Instructions, Forms according to the applicable standards ISO9001, AS9100, AS9110 and other relevant standards.
c) Defining Macroprocess map and area SIPOC and its respective Flow diagram.
d) Making interface practices between areas regarding to develop their process interaction.
e) Using the lessons learned and background to define the Quality Control Practices, Quality Assurance Structure and Supplier Quality development.
f) Performing Suppliers delivery documentation evaluation for quality assurance and manage with Suppliers this documentation.
g) Documents and monitors inspection records and marks items with acceptance or rejection status.
h) Reports any non-conformances to Quality Management System.
i) Generates spreadsheets for data collection.
j) Processes and Records: management, identification, generation, execution, addressment.
