Our client, a leading insurance company in the UAE is currently in search of a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to lead all activities pertaining to full cycle of talent acquisition and developing, implementing and maintaining an intricate recruiting business plan to drive recruitment.
The role
Acquiring advanced knowledge of local competitor firms and using that market intelligence to build a network of talent and robust pipelines within the assigned market.
Develop strategies and ensure the organisation is able to achieve its Emiratisation goals.
Develop and continuously improve innovative sourcing strategies and alternative recruitment sources to source talent.
Supervising the members to regularly update monitoring databases and tracking systems in order to keep up-to-date records of vacancies and applicants as reliable source in organising workload, statistical reports and update for HR management, business units and other relevant external entities such as regulators.
Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and guidelines are adhered to and support in its enhancement by recommending some improvements

UAE national with Family book
Bachelor’s degree in any field; degree in Human Resources and having professional HR certificates will be a plus
Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition; experience in commercially driven entities is preferred
Team management experience is a must – hands on and good coaching skills
Strategic – will help the HR team in putting strategies that promote the brand of the organisation to attract candidates
Ability to manage a high-volume goal driven environment with conflicting priorities
Strong network, relationship building, and partnering skills
Proactive and results oriented whilst ensuring high quality of work
Knowledge of UAE employment laws, industry practices, trends and issues is preferred
Excellent command of written and spoken English; Arabic is a must
