The position of HR Services Manager is the first point of contact for employees and managers in relation to policy queries, administrative requests and standard employment activities such as onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers leave administration and management of employee benefits. The position is also responsible for the maintenance of accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with local legislation and Group requirements. The role-holder is also responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with external bodies (i.e. Authorities, Ministry of Labour, MOHRE. EIBFS etc) and for providing regular updates to the leadership team and HR colleagues in case of any changes to the regulatory landscape.
