About The Villa

This is a position that is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The family is used to have a lot of staff working in their home.

This position is a LIVE in position – all though you will be in a separate accommodation and you will not be living in the home of the family. Family pays for your accommodation. Accommodation is to be shared with one female staff member.

The project

The family is looking for an Experienced Senior Executive Personal Assistant, who is able to start to work ASAP, under a permanent contract. There will a period of trial defined by the client during the interview.

You would possibly be liaising with the Principal’s Executive Assistant to organize his schedule. The Principal travels with his staff, so you would be in-charge of organizing/assisting with his schedule coinciding with his corporate & personal life.

You would be assisting the Principal in the capacity defined by the client, and being in the scope of his business operations based in Dubai and France, and other countries.

All initial interviews will be telephonic interviews, and the final interviews would be organized in-person. The client pays for all the flights.

The client is looking for someone with significant experience working for VIPs, UHNWI and Private families before as a Personal/Executive Assistant.

In order to apply for this position, you must take a LIVE-IN position, the client will accommodate only you, but not your family. You will share the accommodation with other female candidates, who are currently living there.

For This Position, You Will Be In Charge Of

• Assisting the client while he is traveling. This position is an active Executive Personal Assistant position. You would be required to travel with the Principal as required.
• Assisting the client with all his demands regarding the organization of his agenda
• Taking care of booking the flight tickets
• Taking care of booking the luggages
• Taking care of booking the hotel rooms
• Preparing for the client’s business meetings
• Assisting the client when he needs to do shopping
• Booking/making reservations for restaurants
• Additional administrative tasks as would be defined by the client during the interview

Desired profile

You Are

• A French native with a perfect level in French & English (writing, reading, listening and speaking)
• Coming from the Hospitality and Corporate field before
• Significant successful experience working with VIPs, VVIPs or Private families – in assisting & administrative settings
• You have experience in handling administrative and financial aspects of this responsibility
• You have worked in an international purview from a wide perspective
• You are extremely reactive in conflict resolution and handling last-minute arrangements
• You are
• A strong multitasker, detail and result-oriented person
• Very well organized and have the ability to deal with pressure and time constraints
• Calm, pleasant and discreet
• Punctual and well presented, and have good communication skills
• Having knowledge in all kind of services
• Giving a great importance to respect with hygiene and safety procedures and rules
• Working efficiently under operational pressure
• You have a strong positive attitude and you are a smiling person
• You are extremely flexible and you do understand that working for VIPs requires flexibility
• You have a strong sense of service
• Very flexible, dynamic, multitasker
• Hard-working and always available

Salary : EUR 5000 (Negotiable depending on profiles)

(Salary could be paid UAD which would be the equivalent of the amount in euros).

Package : The family will provide you with your own accommodation(to be shared with another female staff member), they will also take care of flying you in Dubai, they will cover your travel expenses and they will take care of your working visa too and health insurance.
