Set-up desks for new joiners (stationery items only) (Level 5 & 7)
To deputise in absence of Facilities Supervisor & EA
Administration:
T&E Management (Travel & Expenses) for Business Heads
Travel bookings & travel visa assistance for Business Heads
Organize activities (offsites & department events) that are to be facilitated from the Business Heads
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in any related field.
Must possess effective English oral and written communication skills (incl. confident telephone manner) with the ability to deliver clear and concise instructions
Excellent computer skills, proficient in Outlook, Work and PowerPoint and Excel (essential)
Experience in the management of external suppliers, contractors and consultants covering a range of services
Numerate with experience of dealing with purchase orders and invoices
Organized and self-reliant
Ability to work under pressure
Team player and multi-tasking individual with strong time management skills
