Job Purpose:

The role is embedded in the Group PMO department of Mannai, conducting, planning and implementing various cross-functional and strategic projects within the Mannai Group. It collaborates closely with the internal stakeholders (i.e. business units) and with internal and external teams to plan and to implement business process and transformation projects.

Job Scope:

The Project/Program Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Mannai-internal projects assigned to the Group PMO department, which includes planning, managing and delivering projects to ensure the scope is completed on time and within the specified budgets.

Major Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals
• Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports
• Writing system requirement document based on operational needs and industry best practices
• Evaluating and recommending for the selection from available application/system options
• Managing resources for projects, such as external dependencies and employees
• Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities
• Liaising and coordinating with internal and external contributors (such as vendors and service providers)
• Managing expectations of project sponsors and user departments (change management)
• Implementing strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
• Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
• Conducting project risk assessments
• Organizing project progress meetings

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree in business management or engineering (or equivalent)

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in business processes with a project-based focus and experience working with cross-functional teams
• Experience in roles related to transformation and general business optimization projects, such as project coordinator, project manager or program manager
• Strong project management experience
