Scope of Position

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining site facilities at the highest possible level to ensure all occupants have a safe and comfortable stay.

Responsibilities 

1. To carry out Repair and Maintenance of guest room / residences, public area, heart of the house areas.
2. Ensure all check lists and records are kept up to date.     
3. Ensure the safety and security of Guest rooms, residences are maintained at all times.
4. Takes active part in all energy conservation aspects and ensures that all new projects consider energy efficiency.
5. Takes active part in training program within the hotel or with exterior sources.
6. Contributes with ideas in finding solutions for daily operational issues within the complete Engineering Department.
7. Maintains a good relationship with Guests, other Departments and fellow Technicians through the consistent display of outstanding LQE skills.
8. Understands and complies with the Departmental Rules and the Hotel Policy and Procedures
9. Perform Emergency Response Team duties as required.
10. Personal presentation will be clean, neat, and tidy at all times.
