L1 Networking Engineer

Job Location : Qatar

Requirements :

• 3-6 Years of Relevant Experience
• Basic knowledge of networking Avaya Suite (Session Manager/ AAEP/ Communication Manager/ AES/ CMS). Dynamic Routing Engine/ Profiler/ G450 Gateways/ Endpoints, Verint/WFO Suite
• Basic VOIP knowledge, Microsoft Office, ITIL fundamentals, Basic knowledge of Avaya Voice, Advance knowledge of cabling (OSI model knowledge).

Duties:

• Coordination with requestor to arrange for more details about INC/SR/CR
• Coordination with internal teams & customer to inform & join conference bridge details
• Front ending all customer communication via mail as well as over the phone calls all open incidents
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as PRTG, NMS, SolarWinds,
• Knowledge in Systems, voice and Software Installations, TCP / IP, SNMP
