What are you going to do?

Responsible for the overall IT Support for MAN ES UAE Offices.

As IT Technical Support Specialist your main tasks is:

• point of contact in IT for MAN ES UAE offices, Employees – coordinates with MAN ES IT ServiceDesk and Telecommunication providers (Etisalat, Du)
• and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications (existing and new joiners);
• be fully responsible in all other IT related tasks, maintaining and keeping a track of all IT equipment, including mobile phones issued to employees
• system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• and maintaining computer systems and networks;
• electrical safety checks on computer equipment, servers (Dubai and Fujairah)

You can help us with these qualifications:

• degree level of education in an IT discipline or have the equivalence in training, experience and exposure
• expert in a relevant specific specialism, e.g. technical infrastructure (networks, security), systems, databases, business area, specific development toolset
• of successfully leading technical evaluations
• of resolving technical issues
• Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Certification or higher
• or significant experience in other corresponding technical fields
