The Customer Service Role is going to play a vital role in the day-to-day tasks, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Customer Service Role:
Responding directly to customers who need assistance, answering a large volume of phone calls and emails.
Ability to provide quick resolution of issues and questions, with good ability to handle disputes and emergencies
Learn our services inside and out with previous sales experience to be able to capture contracts and upsell additional services.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents, providing accurate, valid, and complete information via all tools in a timely manner (App, Google Sheets, Zoho)
Taking ownership of customers issues and following problems through to resolution
Ensuring correspondences (Email/Phone/Whatsapp) with clients are accurate, courteous, professional,and replied in a timely manner
Ensuring all contract procedures are in place
Excellent verbal skills for communicating with both management and customers
Good interpersonal skills establish a good rapport with clients and your team members
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Must be result-oriented and sales driven to reach customer service team targets
Must have strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
