This position shall provide support of the Air Defense Systems Integrator (ADSI) Box Program. The Network Engineer shall provide high-level troubleshooting and maintenance for terminal systems.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Shall be capable of supporting technicians, instructors or other Contactor Field Support Representatives (CFSRs) when the latter experience problems of a highly technical or complex nature or require specialized support.
– Shall understand software operations, software coding, applications, and problem solving.
– Shall provide technical representation at Government reviews as assigned and participate in meetings and exercises as assigned.
– Shall investigate technical and interoperability issues, formulate solutions and make recommendations.
– Shall prepare technical papers and reports.
– Training:
– Shall have successfully completed ADSI training within six months upon starting award of task order.
Minimum Requirements
Knowledge and Skills
Shall have 3 years of engineering skills in the design, integration, and test of complex network and satellite communication systems/equipment, or design, integration and test of complex Local Area Networks (LANs) and Wide Area Networks (WANs).
Education
Shall have Network+ and Security+
Desired Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Engineering or Computer Science.

Must be able to deploy for extended periods of time
