Rail Electrification (REL) Civil Technician
Job Location: Qatar
Role Overview:
Responsibility for carrying on the preventive and corrective maintenance of the Rail Electrification (REL) Systems.
What are my responsibilities?
• Preventive and corrective maintenance tasks including of repairs of the REL Systems (750VDC & 11kV) including UPS and batteries (250VDC)
• Preventive and corrective maintenance tasks of Overhead catenary system (OCS) covered by the maintenance section.
• Install hardware and troubleshoot REL and SCADA system issues.
• Transforming of maintenance data into electronically useable formats.
• Complete all necessary coaching and assessments to be able to reach to an expert level of technician as per requirement of maintenance organization.
• Support of maintenance staff in the maintenance of REL, SCADA and OCS systems.
• Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
