Job Description The Company
My client is a growing retail business looking to recruit for Recruitment Manager to work in a fast paced environment.
The Role
The main duties of the role will include:
Recruitment Pipeline/Manpower Planning
Responsible for the development of the manpower plan and the matching of recruitment against the plan for effective and smooth running of the operation and support functions.
Operational Recruitment
Planning and executing the recruitment strategy to meet the staffing requirements of the organization;
Liaising with recruitment firms
Facilitating the entire recruitment cycle and participating in the selection process for Supervisory and above positions
Strategic Recruitment
Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
Build relationships with local and international universities to attract students for company internships and graduate placements
Continuously innovate by exploring market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process
