Project: We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking senior design manager to join our established and growing team in Oman.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing the clients’ strategy and brief, by managing the delivery through the extended professional team of local and international consultants and contractors.

• Developing the client brief, delivery strategy, and execution of the scheme.

• Establishing and managing a high-performing team that strives for quality, safety, cost, and schedule improvements at every opportunity with all delivery partners, stimulating and seeking to improve the project deliverables.

• Reviewing and reporting project status about the project management team and recommending corrective action when necessary.

• Ensuring that the highest standards of health and safety are considered a priority through all stages of the project.

About you

With a relevant degree qualification, you will take personal development seriously and be chartered or pursuing a similar level of professional qualification.

You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships, and lead strong, motivated teams. You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
