m2r Education are looking for an experienced Nursery Manager for a British run nursery in Bahrain. August 2022 start. This is a well established nursery the heart of Bahrain. Run following the English national curriculum, it operates from September to June with children aged from 2 to 5yrs. Children can move freely within nursery areas and learn in a range of different environments. They have a large school hall which is used for music and dance / exercise, a library, a large outdoor play area and other facilities too. They arrange trips to play areas, parks, wildlife centres etc as well as an annual sports day and performance for the parents. Current numbers are 180 children and 30 staff. We are looking for someone with experience of managing staff, a self-starter who is proactive, and can quickly build good relationships with the community. Requirements • Level 4 CACHE qualification (Ideally BEd / BA Early Childhood) • 3 yrs leadership experience • GCC experience essential Package: • 1500 BD (£3000 per month) tax free per month • Housing allowance (200BD) • Medical insurance • Flights August 2022 For safeguarding purposes, a valid police clearance certificate / DBS is required, plus 2 professional references.
